Prohibited Items

  • Cash or cash equivalents (vouchers, e-wallet transfers)
  • Excessive hospitality (luxury dinners, trips, entertainment)
  • Personal favors or services
  • Preferential pricing for personal benefit

Permitted Items

  • Company branded merchandise under Rp 200.000
  • Business meals with prior approval (no luxury category)
  • Official company events with proper documentation

Declaration Requirement

Any received item with value above Rp 100.000 must be declared to the compliance team within 5 working days.
