Prohibited Items
- Cash or cash equivalents (vouchers, e-wallet transfers)
- Excessive hospitality (luxury dinners, trips, entertainment)
- Personal favors or services
- Preferential pricing for personal benefit
Permitted Items
- Company branded merchandise under Rp 200.000
- Business meals with prior approval (no luxury category)
- Official company events with proper documentation
Declaration Requirement
Any received item with value above Rp 100.000 must be declared to the compliance team within 5 working days.
