Reporting Under Eclectic Policy

Any breach — or suspected breach — of Eclectic's Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy must be reported under the Whistleblower Policy.

Who to Contact

  • Line Manager — First point of contact for policy questions and minor concerns
  • Local HR Manager — When the issue involves the line manager or requires HR involvement
  • Compliance Committee — For serious violations, bribery suspicions, or when earlier escalations fail
  • Emailcompliance@eclectic.co.id
  • Anonymous Channel — Whistleblower portal at lapor.eclectic.co.id

Whistleblower Protection

Employees who report concerns in good faith will not be penalized, even if the concern turns out to be unfounded. Any employee who retaliates against a good-faith reporter may face disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Reporting Under SAP Partner Code of Conduct

If you have questions or concerns about compliance or ethics issues, or want to report illegal or unethical activities related to SAP:

  • Speak Out at SAP — Report confidentially and anonymously via SAP's online form or regional contact number
  • Emailethicalbusiness@sap.com — your message will be routed to the appropriate representative

All matters raised in good faith through SAP's reporting lines are handled on a confidential, non-retaliatory basis. Information is maintained as confidentially as practical, considering the need to conduct an investigation.
