Introduction
Integrity and sustainability are cornerstones of how SAP does business. SAP expects all Partners — including Eclectic as an SAP Partner — to do business in the same manner.
All business transactions through any member of the SAP ecosystem must not only comply fully with the SAP Partner Code of Conduct and all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies — but must also go beyond purely legal requirements.
For partners with employees working directly on SAP products and projects, these guidelines must be reviewed with all employees and subcontractors working on SAP matters.
Who Does This Apply To?
The term "Partner" in this Code covers all types of SAP partners: technology, solution, service (consulting, implementation, system integration, hosting, education), and channel partners (resellers, distributors). The term also includes employees of the Partner.
Note: Third-party Suppliers delivering goods and services to SAP are governed by the SAP Supplier Code of Conduct, not this Code.
