Responsibilities by Role

All Eclectic Employees

All employees are required to abide by this policy. In cases of uncertainty, they should seek advice from their line manager. Violations are treated very seriously. Employees who fail to comply may face disciplinary action, including dismissal.

Directors

Each Director is responsible for modeling and applying the principles of this policy within their respective teams and will be supported by the Eclectic Compliance Committee.

Managing Director

The Managing Director is responsible for ensuring that this policy is adhered to throughout the region, supported by the Human Resource Manager (HRD Manager).

Policy Monitoring

The Eclectic Compliance Committee will, at regular intervals, conduct training on this policy and report the results to the Managing Director.

Policy Implementation

Eclectic will make this policy available on the internal intranet for all employees. An online training program covering the principles and approach to anti-bribery and anti-corruption will be available for all employees. Each employee is required to confirm completion of the course.

Consequences of Violations

Any employee who violates this Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption Policy may be subject to:

  • Disciplinary action
  • Termination of employment
  • Criminal and civil proceedings

Additionally, any employee who retaliates against someone for reporting a potential violation in good faith — or for participating in an investigation in good faith — may face disciplinary action up to and including termination, pursuant to the Whistleblower Policy.

Controlling Language

This policy is made in both Bahasa Indonesia and English. Should there be any inconsistencies due to differences in language interpretation, the Indonesian version shall prevail.
